about us
In 2010 we opened bocboc with a mission to become an authentic and independent coffee shop and to be able pride ourselves on our service, products and atmosphere. It is safe to say, that after over 10 years of growth, we feel we have become more than successful in our mission to be the local, independent coffee shop goto place and loved by our community and far beyond.
Along the
way, we have perfected our best-selling coffee as well as our refined menu and
what we can offer and provide to our customers. From what started as a small
venture a decade ago, bocboc has made its mark in St. Helens and will never
fail to support our community whether it be a friendly face to greet you with a
delicious breakfast or our range of local charity work over the years.
community
we are constantly thinking of
new ideas and ways to try something different for our customers. we have put on
themed evenings, charity events and business networking evenings which have all
proved to be a success, therefore it is our intention to continue to listen to
our customers and keep an open mind to people’s suggestions.
events
A recent addition to the bocboc brand has been our evening events. In September 2019, we proposed our fist wine and charcuterie evening to our customers. With a sell out in a matter of hours, a second evening was held and since then we have had a variety of numerous ticketed events and evenings ranging from Festive Fizz, Afternoon Tea, to Breakfast with Santa, all proving a huge success in our area and beyond. Keep an eye out on our social media to catch the next event announcement, they usually sell out pretty quick!

giving something back to the community is our way of saying thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past 10 years, and who continues to support us on our journey. we believe in helping others across the st helens borough to give a platform for others to follow in our footsteps. a huge part of our work has been to aid those such as the hope centre and homeless shelters in our community as often as we can to provide for those who are less fortunate in the st helens area.
helping others
With our growing success over the past decade we felt it
only right to use our platform the help those less fortunate in our community. Our annual Macmillan Coffee Morning is
also a staple in our calendar, raising amazing funds for the cancer charity all
whilst doing what we do best: coffee, cakes and creating a welcoming coffee
shop for all.
Our main involvement in the community has been through local foodbanks and shelters, donating incredible amounts of toys, food and more with the help of our customers and through the business.
